Return Policy

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE & REFUNDS

Makeup By Elizabeth offers a money back guarantee on the authenticity of every product we sell, we only sell genuine products with a full warranty. Product warranties are held with the manufacturers with a minimum 12 months. 

Before any item is returned you need to contact us via email  for a Return Authoristion Number. Makeup By Elizabeth cannot accept returned goods without a Return Authorisation Number. Makeup By Elizabeth will exchange or refund goods if they were damaged or faulty when purchased. If you have simply changed your mind and want a refund please return the goods to us in suitable packaging to void damage. All goods must be unopened, undamaged and unused including the packaging. Before opening the package please check that the good are suitable for which they were purchased for (eg. if you bought a skincare product check the packaging first to make sure it is the brand you require). Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any 'wet products' as we have no way to ensure that they are un-contaminated.  Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods and all returns must be within 14 days of purchase.

STOCK

Whilst we always try to stock ample levels of all items we do sometimes become out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay. The general delay is usually only 3 - 5 days.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your products are damaged in transit please contact us to organise a replacement.

LIABILITY

At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Unless your postage option includes insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery as this is handled by Australia Post. Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery although we always endevour to get it to you quicker if possible. We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. We will always endevour to follow up any missing or lost parcels with Australia Post on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation. 

METHOD OF REFUNDS

Makeup By Elizabeth will refund to your credit card with which you ordered the products.

INVOICING

Makeup By Elizabeth is a trading name. Your credit card will reference Five Toes Media Pty as the debtor of transactions from this website. Please contact us if you have any questions.
