When Will I Get My Delivery?
Normally your item will be recieved between 1 -2 working days in Australia and 4 - 12 working days for most other countries. All orders for in stock items placed by 3 p.m. EST (Sydney Time Monday-Friday) will shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST Sydney Time will be shipped on the next business day. Please allow one extra business day if a public holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date.

Delivery is by Courier Service, Express Post and Standard Australia Post, Australia Post Air Mail. We will select the most efficient & reliable method of delivery for your particular area so that you will receive your item at the fastest time possible.

If goods are notified out of stock on the actual product details page, they will be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving them. Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control we may be out of stock of certain items and we may not have yet updated their product pages. In this case we will notify you of an estimated delivery date and give you the option of waiting for your items or receiving a full refund. At times, to meet delivery schedules, we may dispatch your order directly from the manufacturer or from our supplier.

Delivery Procedures (Australian Customers)
Express Post couriers
1.Courier will attempt to place the parcel in the mail box.
2. If this is not suitable they will try to deliver the parcel directly to the customer.
3. If this cannot be done, the courier will leave a note in your letter box where the item will be taken back to the closest Post Office for collection by the customer at a later time.
Other Couriers
1. Courier will try to deliver the parcel directly into the hands of the customer.
2. If this cannot be done, the courier will leave a note in your letter box or front door.
3. The item will be taken back to the closest depot where customer can arrange for reschedule of delivery, at a suitable time or arrange collection by the customer at the courier depot.

Please be aware that the note left by the courier may be lost or blown away. If your package does not arrive in a reasonable time period, please contact your post office or our courier service provider to ask if it is waiting for you there.

If you do not pick up the package within a reasonable amount of time, the package will be returned to our Makeup By Elizabeth warehouse. Tell us your order number and the date your package was returned by the post office. We will track it and re-send your order as quickly a possible.

Incorrect address / shipping address given by the customer
In the advent of goods being delivered to the wrong address as a result of incorrect address being given by the customer, absolutely no responsibility will be taken by Five Toes Media Pty Ltd t/a Makeup By Elizabeth. The reclamation of goods can be an impossible and extremely costly task. The reclamation of such goods is left solely to the customer although every effort will be made by way of giving all delivery details and contacting relevant persons to aid in correcting the mistake. All help in these matters is at our discretion.
